Fiona’s areas of expertise include: policy issues for carers of people with disabilities and the frail aged; early childhood and family policy; preparing for pandemic influenza; strategic research; mentoring and coaching support for developing managers; women’s issues; community consultation; professional facilitation; social policy training and education; and government relations and processes.

Fiona of N-Carta Group is an Associate Researcher with the Australia Catholic University in the Centre for Child Protection Studies. She is also a Director of Our Community’s Integrated Grants Management Service providing expertise, advice and services for grant managers.
